The essentials that govern how we work together.

Engagement
Each project begins with an agreed proposal that outlines scope, deliverables, timelines, and investment. Work begins once the agreement is accepted and the kickoff invoice is paid.
Payments
- A deposit (typically 50%) is due at kickoff. Interim invoices may be issued for longer engagements.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days unless stated otherwise. Late payments may pause work and may incur a late fee.
- Rush fees for fast turnaround engagements are agreed in writing before commencement.
Collaboration & feedback
We work in structured phases with defined review points. Timely feedback (typically within 48 hours) keeps projects on schedule. Additional revision rounds beyond those specified in the proposal may incur added fees.
Scope changes
Requests that materially change the agreed scope will be estimated separately. We will confirm the impact on timeline and pricing before proceeding.
Intellectual property
You own the final deliverables once the project is complete and all invoices are paid. Skysway retains the right to reference and showcase the work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellation & termination
If either party needs to cancel the engagement, we will invoice for work completed up to the cancellation date. Pre-paid retainers may be partially refunded at our discretion depending on work performed.
